“One of the best resources for physician leaders at any stage of their career.” — Paul DeChant, MD, MBA

Post physician leadership and executive jobs on PLC‑Network and reach physicians exploring advancement, management, and C‑suite opportunities. Our platform is designed exclusively for leadership‑focused roles, and select packages include optional dual‑posting to Sermo — the largest physician‑only community in the world — for unmatched visibility.
Physician leadership roles combine clinical expertise with administrative or strategic responsibility. These positions — such as Chief Medical Officer, Program Director, Medical Director, and department‑level leaders — guide teams, influence organizational strategy, and improve patient care.
To maintain the integrity of our platform, we only accept job postings that include meaningful leadership responsibility. For our purposes, this means roles that include at least 10% administrative or management duties in addition to clinical work.

Recruiting physician leaders requires a distinctly different approach than recruiting staff physicians. Beyond clinical expertise, organizations must evaluate leadership competencies, cultural alignment, and vision for the future. This session will provide attendees with the essential tools to elevate their leadership recruitment strategy from good to world-class.
Participants will learn how to establish and train an Executive Recruitment Search Committee to act as “super interviewers” capable of evaluating and engaging candidates at the highest level. We’ll explore how to design an interview process that not only assesses leadership potential but also creates a candidate experience that differentiates your organization. Additional topics include forming a Spousal Recruitment Committee to support family integration, using a leadership vision statement to clarify decision-making, and building an offer process that helps secure top-tier talent instead of driving them away.
By the end of this session, attendees will walk away with a structured, repeatable framework to recruit physician leaders more effectively and retain them through a thoughtful, world-class recruitment journey.
