PLC‑Network was built to support the careers of physician leaders. Below are the most common questions we receive from candidates exploring leadership roles, applying to positions, or using our platform for the first time. If you ever need help, we’re here for you.

Membership, Registration & Access

Does it cost anything to be a member of PLC‑Network?

No. PLC‑Network is completely free for physician leaders. You can browse jobs, apply, and access our Physician Leader Resource Center and Blog at no cost.

Do I have to register to view job descriptions or apply?

No. You can view every job and apply without creating an account.
Registration is optional — but helpful if you want to save jobs, upload your CV for faster applications, or receive alerts.

Why should I register if applying doesn’t require it?

Registration gives you a few advantages:
• Save jobs to review later
• Upload your CV once for faster applications
• Receive alerts when new leadership roles match your interests
• Access additional leadership resources
It’s optional, but it makes your experience smoother.

Privacy, Security & Trust

Is my CV posted publicly on the internet?

No. Your CV is never posted publicly.
It is only shared directly with the employer when you choose to apply to a specific job or if you choose to post your C.V./Resume to our Employer Talent Database, only visible to active employers.

Who sees my CV when I apply?

Only the organization that posted the job you applied to.
No one else has access to your information.

Do you sell my information?

Never.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used only to support your job search and application process.

How do I know PLC‑Network is a legitimate site?

Physician leadership is all we do.
We work directly with health systems, academic medical centers, GME programs, specialty groups, and national recruiting firms. Many organizations post with us year after year because our audience is highly specialized and engaged.
We also never require payment or registration to apply — your trust and safety come first.

Applying to Jobs

Can I upload my CV for use when applying?

Yes.
You can upload your CV to your candidate profile and use it for faster, one‑click applications. Or you can attach it manually each time — whichever you prefer.

How long does it take to apply?

Most applications take 1–2 minutes.
We intentionally removed friction so physician leaders can apply quickly and easily.

What types of leadership roles are posted?

You’ll find roles such as:
• Chief Medical Officer
• Chair / Chief of Service
• Program Director & Associate Program Director
• Medical Director
• GME leadership roles
• Academic leadership positions
• Emerging leadership opportunities for early‑career physicians
We only post positions that include leadership responsibilities.
