The ACMO (Assistant Chief Medical Officer) is a great opportunity for a Physician Leader who sees their future career in the Chief Medical Officer role. Our ACMO position is intended to be 18-24 months in service and then transition into a future CMO role. This role could be in the DFW area, or not, as decided by the candidate. A Master’s level degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) is preferred but not required.
Our ACMO position is a 100% administrative job and does NOT allow for any clinical practice. Candidates must also have a minimum of 10 years in clinical practice (post residency/fellowship) to be considered for this role.

The role of the Facility Chief Medical Officer (CMO) ensures high quality, patient-centered care by leading clinical and quality initiatives that support the provision of consistent clinical performance and practice standards across the hospital.
