Psychiatry Medical Director – Pittsburgh area Full-Time
SIGN-ON Bonus Available! This is a great opportunity to become a Medical Director in Pittsburgh for an established psychiatric program. You’ll grow and develop the department as you choose and lead a group of four Psychiatrists and two APPs in this 300-bed facility, where you’ll be hospital employed). B.E.L. Associates is actively recruiting for this mission-critical role.
- Inpatient covers Drug and Alcohol, Adult Psych, and Geriatric Psychiatry units
- This group of six clinicians also provides about 25 hours per week of outpatient services coverage
- The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience working in an inpatient setting and be Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Some leadership experience is preferred, but mostly we’re looking for the ambition to make a successful, cohesive group of clinicians to service the facility
- Option to help recruit others in the department for now and future growth
- Call of 1:4
- Full hospital benefits, plus a very competitive salary and Medical Director stipends
