You will enjoy practicing in Longview, on I-20 between Dallas and Shreveport. It is proud to be the hub of east Texas outdoor recreation and leisure travel, and is famous for its fabulous festivals, fine dining, and a historic downtown. Surrounded by rolling hills, there are 25 lakes within 75 miles of Longview, providing many outdoor activities.

- Position is 75% clinical and 25 % administrative
- 7 am to 7 pm, 15 shifts per month
- Patients to nurse ratio is 1:2
- Central lines, lumbar, and chest tubes required
- Residents rotate through the Hospital
- 24/7 cardiac lab availability
- Leadership experience required (does not need to be chief)
- Problem solve effectively and implement decisions
