The Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Kentucky is seeking a Chief of the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. The division must lead our growing robust academic practice and promote the development of expertise in medical education, complex care, quality and safety, and health services research. Candidates should have excellent skills and experience in leadership, education, and research to advance the success of our clinical and academic programs. We seek candidates who exemplify the Living DIReCT values of UK HealthCare: diversity, innovation, respect, compassion, and teamwork. The role includes administrative, clinical, research, and educational duties. Applicants must have an MD or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and research. Additional training with a master’s degree in public health, research, education, health administration, or business is desired but not required.
