Join our state-of- the-art patient focused hospital that services the beautiful community of Winter Haven and surrounding areas. This leadership opportunity will report directly to the vice president of operations (VPO). As facility medical director you will be responsible for developing and sustaining relationships, impacting clinical workflows that promote practice, patient satisfaction and improve value-based healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership/administrative experience.
