- Sign-on bonus of $30k; relocation assistance of $15k
- $15k annual loan repayment
- 10 clinical shifts each month
- (10) 12-hour shifts every month with each shift from 7 am – 7 pm; telehealth coverage at night
- $200 extra per day paid for back-up call to the tele-hospitalists; going in is paid hourly
- 11 patients per day
- Retirement package consists of 403(b) with 4% match
- Includes medical benefits, life insurance, malpractice coverage and $6,500 CME
