Built on a foundation of precision medicine, the platform combines biomarker-driven insights, longitudinal health data, and clinician oversight to deliver highly personalized treatment pathways across metabolic health, hormone optimization, longevity, and performance.

Through scalable digital infrastructure and a national provider network, the company is developing physician-directed care across all 50 states, bridging emerging science with accessible, consumer-facing healthcare.

As the company advances toward full launch, the appointment of a Chief Medical Officer represents a foundational leadership hire. This individual will serve as the clinical backbone of the platform and play a critical role in establishing its long-term credibility, scalability, and compliance.

The Chief Medical Officer will serve as the organization’s senior clinical authority, regulatory anchor, and public-facing medical leader, representing the company with patients, partners, regulators, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Strategy & Protocol Development

Design and oversee treatment pathways across metabolic health, including GLP-1 and next-generation agents, hormone optimization, cognitive and performance medicine, and regenerative / peptide-based therapies
Integrate biomarkers, longitudinal patient data, and outcomes tracking into protocol design
Establish evidence-based frameworks that balance innovation with clinical rigor
Regulatory, Legal & Compliance Leadership

Ensure adherence to federal and state telemedicine regulations, FDA-related frameworks, and compounding regulations, including 503A / 503B
Define and maintain physician-patient relationship standards
Interpret evolving regulatory environments and proactively guide company strategy
Serve as an internal authority on compliance risk and mitigation
Provider Network Development & Oversight

Build and manage a national network of physicians and mid-level providers
Establish prescribing guidelines, clinical training programs, and quality assurance protocols
Monitor provider performance, utilization, and adherence to clinical standards
Clinical Research & Evidence Generation

Oversee clinical studies and real-world evidence initiatives
Translate findings into protocol refinement, product validation, and clinical differentiation
Ensure alignment with evidence-based medicine and emerging scientific developments
Product & Platform Integration

Partner with product and engineering teams to embed clinical logic into patient intake flows, triage systems, and personalization algorithms
Ensure clinical integrity across the end-to-end patient journey
Guide the development of scalable, technology-enabled care models
Quality & Clinical Governance

Develop and institutionalize a comprehensive clinical governance framework
Oversee patient safety protocols, data privacy and HIPAA compliance, and medical quality assurance systems
Ensure alignment between clinical practice standards, platform operations, and brand positioning
Public, Strategic & External Leadership

Serve as the public-facing medical voice of the organization
Support strategic partnerships, investor communications, and policy/regulatory engagement
Establish credibility with key stakeholders across healthcare, regulatory bodies, and media

Qualifications
Credentials & Clinical Experience

MD or MD/PhD required
Board certification required
Training from a top-tier institution, such as Harvard/MGH, Stanford, UCSF, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, or equivalent
Demonstrated track record within highly credible academic or clinical environments
10+ years of clinical experience, active or recent
Relevant Expertise

Expertise in one or more of the following areas:Metabolic health
Hormonal optimization
Longevity medicine
Performance medicine
Experience with telemedicine and/or compounding frameworks strongly preferred
Experience in high-growth healthcare or health-tech environments preferred
Research & Thought Leadership

Peer-reviewed publications preferred
Ability to interpret, synthesize, and apply emerging science
Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine
