Wright State University’s Boonshoft School of Medicine (WSU BSOM) and Premier Health are seeking a physician that is an experienced educator to serve as the Infectious Disease Program Director to lead and oversee the Infectious Disease fellowship program. This role requires an innovative leader with a passion for education, clinical excellence, and development. The ID Program Director will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including curriculum development, faculty oversight, accreditation compliance, fellowship recruitment, and fostering a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Graduate Medical Education (GME) leadership and others to ensure the program’s success and alignment with Premier Health and WSU BSOM’s mission of providing exceptional patient care while advancing medical education.

Qualifications:
Education: M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Infectious Disease.
Experience: 10 years or more of Clinician experience and 5 years or more of experience in medical education or administration, with proven leadership skills.
Licensure: Active medical license.
ACGME Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of ACGME standards and graduate medical education regulations.
